Ownership of Intellectual Property

1. Copyright: All original content provided by us or created during the video editing process is protected by copyright law. You retain ownership of your original content, and we do not claim any rights to it.
2. Copyright-Free Content: We may provide copyright-free content for your videos as part of our services. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this content in your edited videos.
3. License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the edited video for personal or business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the edited video without our explicit written consent.

The Rules of Our Service

1. We will edit one video at a time per order.
2. We aim to deliver the edited video within 1 to 2 business days. Delays may occur due to the complexity of the project or high demand.
3. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion.

Terms Concerning Clients

1. You are responsible for providing clear and specific instructions for your video editing project.
2. You agree not to submit any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content. We reserve the right to reject any such content.
3. You must provide accurate and up-to-date contact and billing information.

Content

1. We do not guarantee the confidentiality or security of any content you provide.
2. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original content. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your content during the editing process.

Order Confirmation

1. An order is confirmed once you make payment and receive an order confirmation email from us.
2. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund your payment if we are unable to fulfill your request.

Delivery of an Edited Video

1. We will deliver the edited video via the method specified during the order.
2. You are responsible for promptly downloading and reviewing the edited video. If you require any revisions, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Unlimited Revisions

1. We offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the original project. Revisions outside of the initial project scope may incur additional fees.

Fees and Billing

1. Payment is required in advance before the start of the editing project.
2. Fees are non-refundable once the editing process has commenced.
3. Additional fees may be charged for rush orders or extra services.

Agreement Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights and obligations under this agreement to any third party without our prior written consent.

No Relinquishment

Failure to enforce any provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of our rights under the agreement.

Disputes

1. Any disputes or disagreements related to our services will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through mediation.
2. In the event that mediation fails to resolve the dispute, it will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
3. You waive any right to a trial by jury for disputes related to our services.
