Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation by Clients:
   1. You have the right to cancel your video editing service request at any time before the commencement of the editing process. To cancel, please contact us through our website or by emailing our customer support team at contact@kreativklip.com
   2. If you cancel your request before any work has begun, you will be eligible for a full refund of the service fee paid.
2. Cancellation by KreativKlip:
   1. We reserve the right to cancel your service request in case of any violations of our terms and conditions or any unethical use of our services.
   2. In such cases, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any services not yet delivered to you.

Return Policy:

1. KreativKlip does not offer returns for video editing services since the nature of our services does not involve physical products.
2. If you are dissatisfied with the final edited video for any reason, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the edited video. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary revisions.

Refund Policy:

1. Full Refunds:
   1. If you cancel your service request before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund.
   2. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your service request, a full refund will be issued.
2. Partial Refunds:
   1. If you cancel your service request after work has begun, a partial refund may be provided based on the progress made.
   2. Refunds may be subject to a deduction for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred by KreativKlip during the editing process.
3. Refund Processing:
   1. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and you can expect to receive the refund within 14 business days.
   2. KreativKlip reserves the right to request additional information to process refunds, including but not limited to reasons for cancellation.

Revision Policy:

1. If you are not satisfied with the edited video, you are entitled to request revisions within 7 days of receiving the final edited video.
2. We will strive to address your concerns and make necessary revisions to meet your expectations.
